Digital Products (Goodnotes, Notability, Printable PDFs)
All digital planner purchases are final sale and non-refundable due to the instant nature of delivery.
Please ensure that:
- You have the correct app or device compatibility before purchasing
- You read the product description thoroughly
If you experience a technical issue with your file, contact us at hello@brynnhollace.com, and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
Physical Products (Spiral-Bound Planners)
We accept returns on unused, unopened physical planners within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The planner must be in original, unused condition
- You must email us first with your order number and reason for return
Return Instructions:
- Email us at hello@brynnhollace.com to initiate the return
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees)
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads (including all PDF, Goodnotes, and Notability files)
- Gift cards or promotional products
- Used or damaged physical planners
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
